Central Valley Industrial Team Represents Equity Industrial Partners in Purchase of Stand-out Warehouse/Distribution Facility

Stockton, CA - Colliers International announced last week the sale of a ±756,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility situated on ±47 acres and located at 18300 S. Harlan Road, Lathrop, CA,  in the Crossroads Commerce Center.  CenterPoint Properties Trust acquired the facility for an undisclosed amount from Equity Industrial Partners, a Needham, Massachusetts investment firm.  Home Depot currently occupies the facility.
