Central Valley Industrial Team Represents Equity Industrial Partners in Purchase of Stand-out Warehouse/Distribution Facility


Stockton, CA - Colliers International announced last week the sale of a ±756,000 square foot warehouse/distribution facility situated on ±47 acres and located at 18300 S. Harlan Road, Lathrop, CA,  in the Crossroads Commerce Center.  CenterPoint Properties Trust acquired the facility for an undisclosed amount from Equity Industrial Partners, a Needham, Massachusetts investment firm.  Home Depot currently occupies the facility. Built in 2003, the building is a state-of-the-art Class 'A' cross load facility and features a ±13,500 square foot office, 32' clear height, ESFR, 148 dock high doors and 307 trailer positions.  The building is expandable to over ±900,000 square feet.  "This asset is one of the best industrial buildings in Northern California and is located at 'Main & Main' for industrial real estate in the Central Valley", says Mike Goldstein of Colliers International.
