Professionals agreed that companies will slowly locate more projects as federal regulatory, healthcare and taxation issues are stabilized after the Presidential election. “These unknowns are issues companies need certainty around prior to placing significant investments” stated Orlando Acevedo, Town of Apple Valley, CA.

The Forum’s most amusing comment made the following comparison: “Economic forecasting makes astrology look respectable!” While the economic forecast is still unsettled worldwide, prospect visits and inquiries are up.
